At Jacked Up Dirty Soda & Beverage Co. LLC, we take pride in serving high-quality, made-to-order beverages. Due to the nature of our products, the following refund policy applies:
All Sales Are Final

All drinks and food items are made fresh to order and are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, or failure to pick up an order.
Order Issues & Corrections

If we make a mistake with your order, please notify us immediately at the time of pickup or service.

We will gladly remake your drink or correct the issue at no additional charge.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a remake is not possible.
Mobile & Online Orders

Orders placed online or through mobile ordering cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

Missed or abandoned orders are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Allergies & Preferences

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

We are not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies or ingredient sensitives.

Taste preferences (too sweet, not sweet enough etc.) are not considered errors and are not eligible for refunds.
Special Events & Bookings

Deposits for private events are non-refundable.

Any additional payments made toward events are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your Event Booking Policies.
Payment Disputes

Charge-backs or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in refusal of future services.
